We are open 7 days a week, Mon. to Fri. 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, Sat. & Sun. 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Holiday hours might vary.

+ How far ahead should I book an appointment?

It is best to book a week in advance.

+ Do you take insurance?

Currently we are accepting new patients with Kaiser, Aetna, Cigna, TriWest CCN, and L&I.

If you are with one of these insurance providers, make sure whether your policy requires a prescription or referral before scheduling with us.

If you do not find your insurance company listed above, we recommend that you check with your insurance provider whether your plan reimburses you for massage therapy services that you receive outside the network. We are more than happy to provide you with invoices.

+ Do you take walk-ins?

No, we do not take walk-ins. We accept appointments only.

+ How do I decide which service is the best for me?

If you are referred by your doctor or chiropractor, or you have chronic pains/physical issues that need to be addressed, we recommend rehabilitation therapy.

If your body is only experiencing recent yet minor discomfort, any services in our bodywork service category will do as our therapists would still use therapeutic essential oils and manipulations.

+ Anything I should be aware of before my session?

Make sure that you do not start your session on an empty stomach.

And if you don’t see an email from us asking you to fill out our intake form, make sure to arrive 5-10 minutes ahead of time to complete it at our clinic.
